People who have not previously visited Palm Beach might be surprised to know that it is a buzzing hub of arts and culture, in addition to being a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. In fact, there are a variety of art districts in Palm Beach, FL that are just waiting for you to explore them, whether you’re a local, here for a vacation or are a seasonal snowbird.

West Palm Beach’s Arts and Entertainment District

You’ll find a little something for everyone in West Palm Beach. The Palm Beach Dramaworks offers live professional theatrical performances. The Palm Beach Photographic Centre is a hub for people who enjoy photographic exhibitions, or who want to try out some photography classes to hone their own skills. Lake Park Arts District

The Lake Park Arts District is relatively new to Palm Beach. It is a budding hotspot that is just bursting with color and life, and features some very diverse cultural opportunities. The Kelsey Theater is a great spot for live music, theater, independent film and comedy shows. The Brewhouse Gallery is a big draw for craft beer enthusiasts and fans of fine art and local music. Pineapple Grove in Delray Beach

Just off the main downtown stretch of Delray Beach is Pineapple Grove, one of its most prominent arts districts. Old School Square features four different arts buildings: the Cornell Art Museum, the Pavilion, the Fieldhouse and the Crest Theatre. This area is always buzzing with activity!

Lake Worth Beach

Lake Worth Beach has a really unique vibe to it—you get a bit of beach atmosphere, but also some classic architecture. There’s a great shoreline in the area, as well as plenty of cultural opportunities. You can go take in a show at the Lake Worth Playhouse, which puts on a full season of plays, musicals and other live events year long. For visual art, there’s the Cultural Council of Palm Beach County, which has lots of free galleries and a cool store, as well as the Cultural Concierge. You can also enjoy independent films at The Stonzek Theatre.
